LIVE FIRE COOKING CLASSES

Learn how to cook with live fire and the history.
Best of all you get to eat what you cooked in the class!

You will learn different methods of starting fire with wood or lump charcoal, how to manage coals and learn temps for cooking different foods. You will cook beef, pork, and chicken. You’ll also learn how to cook sides and appetizers using grill grates and rotisseries, skewers, and plow discs over live fire.

This is a fun filled, interactive class.Student participation is encouraged.

The final meal will take a little longer to prep, but will be worth it! Finish with dutch oven peach cobbler!

Class starts at 9 am. Coffee will be on, so come early and learn how to get the fire started.
